Our Personal Training program offers both the BIOMETRICS® Nutrition and the SuperSlow® Zone programs. Both programs are most often used in conjunction with one another. However, depending on your needs and goals, either program may be used with excellent results on its own.

SuperSlow® Zone
Contrary to its name, SuperSlow® is an incredible fast way to eliminate back pain and generate a lifetime of improved health and fitness via slow, progressive resistance exercise. It is designed to be safer by reducing force, momentum, and the amount of weight lifted while attaining better muscular benefits then typical training methods.

SuperSlow® is ideal for those who:

  • Want a trim, strong body but have limited time for exercise,
  • Suffer from chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, diabetes, or back pain,
  • Are athletes who want to improve strength, endurance, and performance,
  • Need a specialized exercise program due to injury, and/or
  • Are 14 years of age or older.

Dramatic results from one or two 20-minute workouts a week!
SuperSlow® is a revolutionary exercise regimen that gives you a leaner, stronger body in less time then you'd take changing your clothes at an ordinary facility.

How is that possible?
When a muscle is pushed past total fatigue, by slow continual force, or weight resistance, a signal or "stimulus" is delivered to the body: "Make more muscle!" If the body is then given proper nutrition and adequate rest, it will produce more muscle. Muscle, is of course, the primary determinant of our shape. Time between workouts is physiologically essential for building lean muscle. You're basically building muscle on the days between workouts.

What's the 20-minute workout like?
A typical SuperSlow workout involves four to six weight machines each, targeting a specific muscle group. Weights are slowly raised in 10 seconds and lowered in 10 seconds non-stop until the targeted muscles reach total momentary fatigue - about 1 1/2 to 3 minutes per machine. The turning point comes when you try to push beyond total fatigue for an extra 10 seconds. That's what triggers fast, noticeable improvement.

There are five distinct, researched and proven nutrition and exercise program options that have been developed by the BIOMETRICS Nutrition & Fitness Company which have repeatedly demonstrated to be a very effective and healthy response to the challenge of weight management.

Further, all of the programs offered meet the standards of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Heart Association (AHA), and the American Dietetics Association (ADA).

Not only do these programs incorporate the recommendations of the major healh associations, but they combine customized healthy eating plans with sound and effective exercise programs in order to promote an increase in lean tissue and a decrease in body fat during weight loss.

Customized Meal Plan
The BIOMETRICS programs are designed to help you lose excess weight the healthy way, by following a low fat and decreasing calorie meal plan created by registered dieticians and consulting chefs. You simply choose delicious, nutritious meals from the BIOMETRICS menu and a comprehensive meal plan, using real foods from your grocery store is created based on an appropriate calorie level-specifically for you!

The program includes detailed, weekly shopping list, recipies, and nutritional breakdowns of all meals and snacks. Other valuable information, such as tips on grocery shopping, meal preparation and dining out, is provided to help establish lifelong healthy eating habits.
